1. Using Wamda

Wamda helps you catch and organise what is on your mind, manage reminders, plan your time and use optional connected services. Features can vary by platform, plan, region and availability. Describing a feature here does not mean it is on for every account.

You must be at least 18, and able to agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Give accurate details, protect your sign-in and use only accounts you may access. You are responsible for what you authorise through your account. Tell us if you think someone got in without permission.

A guest account belongs to your device. Do not rely on one as your only copy of something important.

3. Your content

Your content stays yours. You let Wamda store, process, copy and send it as needed to provide what you ask for, run the service and follow the law. That includes sending it to speech and AI providers, and showing it to people you share with.

Only record, upload or share what you have the right to use, and get any consent the law requires to record someone or process their information. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.

4. AI output and important decisions

Speech recognition and AI can misunderstand you, omit details or be wrong. Check transcripts, dates, amounts, places, drafts and actions before relying on them. Similar output may be produced for others, and output may not be protectable as intellectual property.

Wamda is an organising tool. It does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Energy, cycle and wellbeing features are for personal organisation, and are not a diagnosis, treatment or reliable contraception. Wamda is not an emergency service.

5. Reminders, plans and connected services

Reminders, travel times, forecasts, calendar updates and plans depend on phone settings, permissions, connection and outside services. They can be late, unavailable or wrong. Keep another reliable way to handle essential or safety-critical things.

Connecting Google Calendar, Outlook, WHOOP, Apple Health or another service needs your permission and falls under that provider's terms. Disconnecting does not undo what already happened there. Wamda is not affiliated with or endorsed by a connected provider unless we say so.

Check bookings, travel requirements, prices and cancellation terms with the provider. Saving a booking or travel plan in Wamda does not book anything.

6. Shared lists and trips

Sharing shows selected information to people you invite or who use your invitation link, so share links with care. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content. Report misuse to support@mywamda.com.

If you leave or delete your account, shared lists and trips stay for the others and pass to whoever joined first. Your private spending, memories and gifts are removed. We cannot erase copies others made outside Wamda.

7. Plans and purchases

Price, currency, billing period, features and any trial are shown before you confirm. Limits differ by plan. Prices on this website are for guidance, and the store's price is final.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel under the store's rules. A trial can become paid unless you cancel before its deadline. Manage subscriptions in your store settings. Deleting Wamda or your account does not cancel one.

Refunds follow the store's process and the law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Apple's standard end-user licence agreement also applies to the iOS app. These terms do not replace it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Wamda for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, or to violate privacy or other rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass limits or payments, interfere with the service, spread malware or extract data you may not access. Wamda's software, design and branding remain the property of their owners.

9. Changes, suspension and closure

We may change features or interrupt access for maintenance, security or operational reasons, and will give notice of material changes where required. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to deal with a breach, unlawful use, a security threat or a legal duty, and will explain when practical and lawful.

You can stop anytime and delete your account. Download what you want first, and cancel any subscription separately.

10. Availability and responsibility

We aim to be useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI, complete data recovery or that every reminder arrives. We do not currently keep a separate database backup, so keep your own copies of what matters.

As far as the law allows, the service is provided as available. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are subject to the laws that apply to Wamda's operator in Egypt, while keeping any mandatory rights and local court protections you have as a consumer. They do not require arbitration. Please email support@mywamda.com first so we can try to resolve a problem. This does not limit your right to go to a regulator or court.

12. Updates

We may update these terms as the service changes, and will give notice of material changes where required. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest continue to apply.
